Rahma Riad, Rahma Riad is an Iraqi artist.She inherited her musical talent and beautiful voice from her father, the legendary artist Riadh Ahmed, who also urged her to start singing at a very young age. After her father's death and the outbreak of the Iraqi war, Rahma's family moved to Oman, where she performed in many charity events and in school concerts. Rahma, later on, performed a duet with Haitham Yousef entitled "Rehamouni", which was dedicated to her father's memory. In 2010, Rahma participated in Star Academy and competed for the first prize. Although she reached the final stage in the competition, Rahma didn't win but continued perfecting her artistic talents and widening her musical knowledge, all by herself by taking private lessons in playing violin and studying the origins of Oriental Music. In 2013, Rahma signed a management agreement with the company "Music Is My Life" and a Music production agreement with "Watary". In 2014, Rahma released her Music Video for the song "Bosa"
