Pragathi Guru, An American of Indian origin, Pragathi Guruprasad was born in Singapore and raised in the Bay Area, California. Balancing a dynamic artistic journey with a strong foundation in both Eastern and Western music traditions, she has built a multifaceted career as a playback singer, performer, and composer. Pragathi made her debut on the popular South Indian music reality show Airtel Super Singer and quickly won hearts with her powerful voice and stage presence. Since then, she has collaborated with some of the top names in Indian music and lent her voice to a range of projects in Tamil cinema and beyond. She made her acting debut on Netflix’s hit series Never Have I Ever and continues to explore stories on screen and through song. Classically trained in both Carnatic and Western styles, Pragathi brings versatility and soul to every performance.
