Prem Mishra Fitness (Prem Kumar), Premmishrafitness is the ULTIMATE knowledge-Hub & self-help channel. Initially, I started this channel only for fitness as I thought people need this. But later I found that people need more from me via DMs and emails. So I decided to take it further and started covering topics such as Teaching and motivation as well. Premmishrafitness परम ज्ञान-हब और स्वयं सहायता चैनल है। शुरुआत में मैंने इस चैनल को केवल फिटनेस के लिए शुरू किया था क्योंकि मुझे लगा कि लोगों को इसकी जरूरत है। लेकिन बाद में मैंने पाया कि लोगों को डीएम और ईमेल के जरिए मुझसे ज्यादा की जरूरत है।इसलिए मैंने इसे और आगे ले जाने का फैसला किया और टीचिंग और मोटिवेशन जैसे विषयों को भी कवर करना शुरू कर दिया।
