My mom used to cook and I just helped her with little stuffs like stirring, serving etc. But after marriage and especially when you have kids you are forced to cook. You can't escape. So just having watched her especially cooking, it is helping me now. When I cook and my family members like it, appreciate my dishes, I have a feeling of accomplishment. So Cooking is fun now.
